The registration deadline for authors is 6 February 2012. At least one author, the paper presenter should be registered, this registration fee is non-refundable after 23 February 2012 at 12 00:00 EST. The fee of other registered authors, who are not paper presenters, is refundable. We will permit one author to present 2 papers with one and the same registration. Student authors can register at the Student Member or Student Non Member rate
Reduced registration fee expires on 6 February 2012
CANCELLATION POLICY: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to cogsima12reg@ieee.org and received by 23 February 2012. No refunds will be provided after this date. There will be a US $100 administrative fee deducted from each refund
